Default 1989 Honda Accord question

Well since there really isn't a section designed for these cars maybe someone in here will be able to help me out. I have a 1989 Accord as a beater and recently blew the motor up in it. What motors swap in this directly? I was told that in order to put a F series from a 90+ I have to buy conversion mounts. I really dont want to do that. I just want to put a motor in right now that will get it running. Any input is appriciated
