whats up ht members.im Ron .ive been looking for a good forum for a wile now and i have to say ht is very knowledgeable.ill give it a try.im on my fith honda/acura and this is what im rockin now.

1990 civic dx.
i traded my da after it was hit for it.its only been a year so i only have a hand full of mods.
b&m short throw
energy suspention shift bushings
buddy club spec a shifter
tsudo cat back
hx wheels
and a cheap drop due to previos owner
i just bought a b18b1 for 500$ last mounth.the previos owner claims its a jdm obd1 b18b1 out of a rhd 94+integra with 20-40k on it.witch i believe is p74-p75 (engine code).
but the head is stamped p r 4 and the pistons are stamped p r 4 .witch to my knoladge is 90-91 b18a obd-0
so my qustion is do i have a mix match rebuilt motor or is this just a misunderstanding on my part.
when i got the motor it was intact and looked clean as hell.realy nice...no sines of it being tampered with.
it would clear my head ake if i could figure this out.

i'm pretty sure my obd1 LS has pr4 all over it.....*edit* mine's a '93 motor

my bone stock 95 ls came with a b18b1 with a pr4 stamped on the head

 

thank god!all the part index charts online and my jason siu rebuild book aren't to reliable then.got me buggin out.searched to whole net on this one and couldnt find jack.
