So my family is growing and I needed a new car. I can't fit a baby seat in a CRX so I bought a 2001 Impala Police cruiser. It used to be used especially for traffic so no real wear and tear. The only thing is the PD painted over all the police emblems and insignias with white latex paint like the one you paint your walls with. Anybody know how I can remove this?
