99 Si harness
I have a set of complete 99 si doors that i would like to put on my civic because my passenger door is in bad shape, I have the doors which should just bolt on and I have the harness.
Would this harness give me power to the windows, locks, mirrors etc?

I would suggest in counting all the electrical connectors and at least we could make an educated guess if all the items you have listed may be able to get power to them.
Can you take a picture and post it to this thread.

If you want to add power windows to a '96 - '98 civic you need to use the following:
-'96 - '98 EX floor harness (I believe the HX harness also works)
-'96 - '98 EX door harnesses (again I think the HX will work as well)
-'96 - '98 EX/HX switches, motors, regulators etc.
the '99 - '00 stuff will not plug in to a '96 - '98 civic.

Damn dude. I just looked at the Helms electrical troubleshoot. You should just sell those doors to someone else and pick up some EX doors from 96-98 and the aforementioned harnesses. It does say however that power door locks were the same from all models without keyless entry.
But since you need power to the locks, windows and mirrors just raid an 96-98 EX. The door lock control unit is in the door for your series. It's a separate unit in the 99-00 because Honda wised up about the keyless entry integrated in the headunit. The connectors from the 96-98 will plug and play for your harness already.
Or you can wire it all. Buy a helms though.

Go get the EX door harness, the one that goes from the fuse panel, left door(behind the fender), down to the fuel tank, e-brake and then over to the passenger side door. you will also need the relays that go in the fuse panel. Sounds complicated, but it actually is a plug and play.

all you need is the 96-98 ex floor harness that goes from the back of the fuse panel then along the driver side underneath the seats to the passenger side to the passenger door.
