It's a legit skunk2 4-1 header.

It'll give you more power at the top end, opposed to a 4-2-1 header which would give you not as much power at the top end as the 4-1, but more power in the middle end.

The "tri Y" - or 4-2-1 header is better than a 4-1 header for daily driving.

THOUGH
If you have a stock D series motor, the difference it would make isn't worth it in the least. You're better off buying a $60 knock-off header from ebay and slapping it on there, because the difference would be minuscule.

Now if you have a GSR, or H22, or anything it may be smarter to go with a better header, though even still, unless it's a naturally aspirated drag only app, I'd use a 4-2-1 header over a 4-1.

^ I dont think there is any yet, I have been hanging out in the all-motor forum waiting for one, dont think anyone has bought the header yet-or at least hasnt dynod yet. Looks good, and skunk2 has planted themselves in our import world as a great company..but I still want dyno sheets!

it's actually a 4-2-1 if you look the four go into 2 right after the bottom bend, then into one at the collector

I know a shop that's gonna test them on a 2.1L B-Series.

Idk how well that's going to translate to your engine....but it's a test.

For the $$, if you have a stock B series engine, the RMF Narrow copy is more than likely the way to go.
