Icon5 1994 Accord with rebuilt h22a4 swap -3500-

Up for sale is my 1994 Honda Accord lx. The car runs great and pulls hard however im looking for something more comfortable and a new project.
Below is the list of stuff that I have added to the car and what will be included with the sale. I am also interested in any trades, so feel free to email me with any offers. Thank you and good luck

Car: 1994 Honda Accord lx (5 speed)

Engine: H22A4 with approx. 5,000 miles (rebuilt 4 months ago)

Under the hood Mods:
H22a4 stock bottom end
New Piston Rings
Balance shafts deleted
All New gaskets
New Rod and Main Bearings (ACL)
Crank Micropolished

H22a4 Cylinder Head
Cleaned and Hot Tanked
Valves were bead blasted
5 angle valve job
Valve bowls were cut open more
KMS Cam Seal
New NGK V-Power Plugs

Others:
JVTR Dual Core aluminum radiator
14" Slimline fan
3" Aluminum intake pipe
New Battery (located in trunk)
New Alternator and belt
New Starter
Mobil 1 Synthetic Oil change (changed a week ago)
Some wire tucking has been done when the motor was rebuilt
4-2-1 Header (Wrapped) connected to a 2.5" catback with a Magnaflow muffler
FITV delete
KMS EGR block off plate
Carbon Fiber Spark plug wire cover
95a Transmission and Driver side motor mount

Exterior:
Paint Color: White
Black Housing Headlights
JDM amber corner lights
Shaved emblems from trunk
5% Tinted windows
14" American Racing rims (painted bronze)
Lowered approx. 2.5"

Interior:
1999 Acura CL Front and Rear leather seats
Factory Acura Radio
Rear Bose speakers (from Acura CL)
Not much really done with the interior. I was going toward a more comfortable side with the car.

Bad:
Im not quite sure what to put here other than the car will need some body work, however with the proper person doing it, the car should turn out pretty well.
Also when I put the motor back in after the rebuild, I installed 95a motor mounts so stiffen the engine up so unfortunately the noise is transfered into the car, however it isn't too bad.

Currently with the winter months coming up I would like to trade for something that isn't too bad on gas but also good for driving. Anyways I would either sell it or would be willing to trade so feel free to email me offers. The pictures below are the only ones I have, however the only things that have changed are the headlights and corner lights. Other than that most of the car is still the same.
