Default No brand quick release safe to drive with???????? Help please befor i instal

Hi well I don't know if i messed up by buying a no brand quick release, but i did. I got the steering wheel with the hub/adaptor and the quick release for $120 in Downtown L.A. I was online on Ebay and saw the same thing for like $50 bucks!!! I knew it was too good to be true. My question is, is it safe to install. I mean i don't want to get in an accident and die by having the quick release or the steering wheel detach from place. What do you guys think?????????????? HELP PLEASE?????????????????????

you should get the NRG QR at least cuz it's a semi-reputable brand. plus, i've had mine for like two years already with no issues. and i wouldn't really trust that Ebay one. the steering wheel doesn't really matter tho.

true i talked to the guy that sold it to me at the shop. he said it was cool, solid and safe. He told me to get a NRG, but also said it was the same thing different name. I'll be in close vigil till i determine if it's safe. ill pray!!

I wouldn't worry about it being safe to drive considering you won't have an airbag in the first place... I like to call putting a racing steering wheel on a street car natural selection...
