Default Grease leaking from CV outer boot

Hi, I gave my car for inspecting the suspensions. The report said, RF outer CV boot grease leaking .. is this something serious ? Does it need any parts replacement?

you need to replace either the boot clamp, or both your inner and outter cv boots. Might be cheaper to get an axle from autozone.
