pressure in gas tank

Default pressure in gas tank

well when i take my cas cap off its got a lota presure like it blows at me for a couple seconds is this normal and i have changed gas caps and it still dose it

normal.

theres a two way valve that releases both excessive positive and negative pressure, but it does allow some build up to occur before it relieves it on its own. youre just releasing it before its automatically released.

nothing to worry about.

Yes, normal. Some OE fuel caps even warn of potential fuel vapor spray upon removal..

ok i was getten worried bout it lol when i first bought the car and drove to get gass and i opend it and it scared the **** outa me lol i like jumped back ha im stupid
