Icon5 Engine please!

i'm looking for a running or non running, but low mileage engine i can rip down and build back up, i'm looking preferablly for a d15b7 or jdm d15b i need websites or if any one has or knows any one who has a motor close to new jersey

ALSO does anyone have experience building these engines? i have a 94 hatch and i'm planning on droping a new motor into it but i want to keep the engines the same so it's an easy hookup. its AT, with around 170,000 miles.

and within the near future i plan on getting another civic 92-95 and i9 want to build an engine. what is the cheapest engine all around, please give me some insights from experience, and around an estimate of how much a (built for reliability, not speed) motor will cost.

if your planning on keeping it an automatic, i wouldnt even look for a different motor. if your looking to make it a manual, you should go get the rods, and everything else that you need for the conversion before the motor. any d and b series will fit, with some slight exceptions of mounts. i personally would put a b16a or b18c in it. with a gsr tranny

yeah wel i dont want to make anything fast, i want to put new life into the car, not make it fast. its not a different motor its a new motor so can keep the car going, and also the car i plan on getting will be a manual and i want it to be semi fast but reliablility and longevity is my main priority.
