Default Installing Rear Speakers

I have a 1997 accord dx. I do not have a speaker grill on my rear panel (although I have speaker brackets and electrical connectors underneath the rear deck). Can anyone suggest the best way to make a cutout of the rear speaker so I can install the speakers?

Go in through the trunk and cut up with a utility knife?

or you can buy a ex/lx, rear deck panel, from the wrecking yard, to make it look factory.

y not lower the back seat and lift the deck lid. this way u can keep the stock look, install the speakers right, and save money. no one needs to no what u got. just let em hear it.
