searched and found nothing, anybody know how to pop it off? shipping my seat today and it doesnt fit in the box

 

any one please i have to go ship them in an hour

 

there is a clip that looks like this in their:

front of seat/rear of seat ] <---clip

a long flat screw driver, shove it through the back of the rod thing that hold the headrest in place and pop it out
Are those carbon door panels in your crx?

 

There's two clips holding the headrest on, and they are clipped on from the back so you have to push them off from the front or get a small hook and pull them towards the back. If you look under the plastic pieces at the base of each metal post you will see the clips.

Two retaining clips for each headrest, similar to the way a manual window crank is held on. Kind of a pain to remove, but if you push the seat fabric down far enough, you'll be able to see the clips. They just pull out.
