Default Dash Panel Removal?

I have a 1994 EX and the darn lights are out around the climate control. So at night ya cant see the dials or the buttons. My question is..... where are the screws to pop off the plastic dash piece? What tool do I need to get the screws off and does anyone know where the clips are on the panel?

I believe the screws can be taken off with a screwdriver.

Thanks for the help guys!!! Holy crap, thats a lot of stuff to remove to get that unit out! I thought it was just that black plastic plate. Well at least I know what Im up against.

Anyone have a diagrams on how to get the cluster out? I might as well change those lights too if Im taking all of that stuff out.

There is only 4 screws holding the cluster in place. If you take the plastic dash piece off you will see the 4 screws that are holding it in.
