ok..i just swapped a sohc vtec zc into my del sol..that originally had a d15b7

everything electrical hooked up..BUT...there is a sensor on the back side of the block, below the oil filter which is two prong coming off of the block

my harness in my del sol does not have the plug to go on this..but it was on the harness i got with the motor for an ef

anyone know what this is?
can i just wire that plug into my existing del sol harness?

p.s....ive heard it could be a knock sensor..but i dk

 

pretty sure it the knock sensor i have the same setup run a p28 ecu and you wont have to wire the knock sensor up...you will have to run vtec wires if not alread done so
