Default Help no start... 98 civic cx with gsr swap

how the problem started: i let my friend borrow my obd1 ecu so he can get his referee stickers. he probably had the ecu for 3-4 months since the ref closed down for a couple of months.... so my friend says he got his stickers and that he'll give the ecu back. i take off my ecu in the morning and drive my other car to work. my friend goes to work and we swap ecus. (my friend drove to my work using my ecu) so i hook my ecu back up a few days later and the car doesn't start... my obd2 to obd1 jumper harness is pretty messed up from disconnecting and connecting multiple times, so i thought that that was the problem. i pick up my obd2 ecu and remove the obd1 ecu, thinking that would fix the problem, but the car still did not start. the fuel pump doesn't prime when i try to start the car. what problems can cause my car not to start... let me know. thanks in advance.

I had a problem with my fuel pump not priming also about 2 wks ago.. I changed my main relay and it cuts on everytime. Also check your fuses and such, because your ecu fuse could be blown or one of the fuses under the dash.
