pcv air filter????????
well I've seen people put an mine air filter where the pvc goes and just block off the air terminal that comes off the intake pipe. CAn this work or will the oil eventually build too much on the filter or that mini filter itself.
1) Imparts a negative pressure in the crankcase, helping to control oil loss past seals AND
2) Purges the crankcase of acids and contaminates which build up from condensation. If left to accumulate, the oil would become acidic and start attacking gaskets and some metals.

I think what he is talking about doing is replacing the PCV tube that supplies fresh air from the intake tube to the valve cover with a small filter. Yes you can do it and no oil will clog the filter. Just as long as you keep the PCV system connected to the intake manifold and it is working with a good amount of vacuum to sustain proper crankcase ventilation.
