Default Brake booster or no brake booster?

So my brake booster took a crap on my sfwd car. I was just going to replace it but then i got thinking if i should just NOT run one. I have seen a few of you with out them. Just wanted to hear some of your input. oh and i do drive it to work a couple times during the summer so it dose not see a hole lot of public roads.

Have you ever driven a car without one? If so and you don't mind it go for it, if you haven't I would advise that you do before you decide. I would run it if it's a street car. I wouldn't bother if you had a chute and it was a track only car.

Generally speaking if you remove your booster, and in other cars (road race stuff for instance) you should increase your pedal ratio by moving the pivot or the linkage on the brake lever, to still atain the same operating pressures you would have with a booster system

i wouldn't recommend removing it on a street car. We forgot to hook it up once. Not at all pleasant.

well i have decided i'm going to give it a try on no booster. if it is to much then i will just throw a booster on. I made a adapter plate today and mounted up my old mc (witch is a ABS mc). But I was doing some searching on MC and i came up with the the kens kustom (witch I think is a wilwood master ) or tilton. The tilton had a few options that i was not sure on? I found a thread similer to this one but it was back and forth between the two.
