Did you run the support brace that goes from the charger to the lower alternator bracket? If you did, you should be able to get a new one under warranty.

I got a new one for free (first one had a hole in it - fixed by JBWeld and still in use 3 years later), but I believe they are around either $150 or $250 for a new manifold.

thats cool, yea it was prefessionally done so everything is right but its been there for 2 years so is it still under warranty?

The kit has a 2 year/100,000 mile warranty. If everything was installed correctly and you have the original invoice, talk to Shawn Carlberg at Moss Motors. He'll take care of you.
