buynew wheels and dont know much. possibly fitment issues
So im buying 17x7 rims and im buying a 205/40 ZR17 tire. will these rub any suspension/wheel well liners or anything?
his name is 96f22b2 ... so im assuming its a 96 accord ... you'll be fine with that fitment ... 7" in width is a good size for your gen accord ... i use to have 8.5s on my 6th gen, could have gone 9's with the right offset ... some people have done 9.5 but then you have to modify your suspension a bit much

IF (however) it IS a '96, 7" widths will be problamatic - particularly in the rear without an offset change. He's going to run up against the verticle link which traverses directly behind the rear wheel to the upper ball joint. A standard SE 15x6.5" rim passes within .75" of this upright, and when a 215/60 is mounted, the sidewall passes within .5". What makes matters worst is that this link arcs over the tire's sidewall/tread apex, limiting the diameter which can be selected.
At 17x7, it will be a trial and see approach.
