New to this car. Just bought a 90 hatch still running OBD0, but with a Z6 head. I hate the way the distributor is mounted up there with just 1 1/2 legs holding it in. I realize the OBD1 distributor that bolts up correctly won't work with OBD0. Is there any way to swap the internals out? Us the Z6 distributor housing (that bolts to the head correctly), with the OBD0 internals? help!!!

 

Do a search for obd1 conversion. You can convert your car to obd1 use a p28 ecu, you can get everything you need from rywire.com

 

also if u didn't want to spend any money u can swap pins and make it work that way its kinda a pain but will also work lol and this will also allow u to keep stock ecu etc

 

Not sure what you mean by swapping pins??? I haven't had one of these distributors apart yet, so i'm not real familiar with them. do you have any pics of the pin I need to swap? thanks!!

 

Just convert it to OBD-1 so it will run properly. Half-assed Mini-Me hack jobs with pre-OBD fuel injection make Soichiro cry.
