Off the hop your Automatic will not like you boosting the engine at all. I would suggest you look into a 5speed swap first off.
Then you will need a to decide what your end goal is for this project?
Is this strictly a daily driver, DD and some track usage or strictly track?
How much power are you looking to gain?
What is your budget?
After you have come to a decision on these factors you can start looking into what type of chassis preparations (brakes & suspension) and turbo gear you will require to get you there.
Check out the Forced induction forum and it's FAQs you may find some very interesting articles already listed in there.
Cheers
and happy reading.

Ive decided to turbo my f22 VTEC!! But I have a 5 speed.. Im gonna build the head first off.. Cam shaft, cam, valves, injectors then add need pistons and rods.. Sleeve it then Im goin with T3/T4 turbo.. Makin mine a quick daily driver!!! runnin 8-10psi.. No more.
Why are you planning to sleeve it?
Unless you are planning on going with 87mm bore pistons, or larger, there is no need to sleeve the F22. The stock iron sleeves should be able to handle 8-10 psi with 85-86mm pistons.

with that last bit, I should say this... Cheap, Fast, Reliable (Choose two). If this is your daily driver, and you've only got $1,000 to burn, it might not be the best time for this build. Even if you did the build with 100% ebay meow parts you'd be on the edge of your budget and wouldn't even have tuning, and that stuff breaks frequently. I would take that $1,000 and use it toward converting over to a manual trans, with a strong clutch. I'd never ever ever throw a turbo on an auto honda... F that, auto trannys have enough problems handling factory hp, especially your particular year/make/model. It'd be great to find an H22 m/t for your car, considering how much better the gearing is.
Even the thought of a turbo kit or a one off turbo setup is expensive. You are already over budget. lol.
Just go with "bolt-ons" I/H/E, and do some research on turbo setups and how they work. In a few years/months whatever it may be you can and will have the knowledge to do your turbo setup.
