Hey HT i just got my swap in and ran into a kinda big prblem.... my header doesnt fit. I used to have a jdm b16 in and i have a dc sports header that went with it. I just did a new build and swap with a GSR block and b16 head and the header hit the bottom of the oil pan and is too short to get on the exhaust studs. until i find something to fit i cant drive the car or even break in my motor. I will be putting a turbo on it in the next week or two so i just need something temporary. any ideas? gsr header?... ls manifold?? im lost right now

remember that the GSR block deck height is taller.
thats why B16 headers only b16s.
you need a b18 header

 

yea i realize the deck hieght is a bit taller.... about 1/2 and inch. i dont want to spend the money on a b18 header because i will be taking it off in a week for my turbo setup. all i need the header for is to break in the motor for 200 os so miles and seat the rings.

 

b16 wont fit no matter what you do.
Find one on craigslist for cheap
