Default EGR cleaning on a 95 Accord, washer/o-ring questions

I am probably going to clean the EGR ports on my 95 Accord (LX / F22B2, 4AT) as it always has this weird vibrating/resonating sound at 1800RPM, and I think it's the EGR clogged. However, in the instructions I've seen for this, they tell me to replace the 'injector washers' but I can't find any information on this. Are they talking about the injector O-rings? I am working off of this page and this PDF.

So based on the diagram on 11-84 Helm's manual should I replace the O-ring (on the intake manifold side) and the seal ring? And would this package contain enough o-rings for all four injectors?

Also, because I'm not taking the injectors off of the fuel rail (as described in 11-84 in the Helm's manual) I don't need to worry about the fuel pressure regulator, do I?

They Helm's manual on page 11-78 also tells me to replace the washer on the first banjo bolt I loosen but I dont know what size this is.

More than likely a broken / rusted converter heat shield is causing this. The clogged EGR will often set a code and cause drivability issues, but not a noise complaint.

Yes, Injector O' Rings

If you don't disturb it no.

Address the converter heat shield issue first and then start playing with the EGR ports, if you're still of a mind to do so..

Thanks for the reply P_Adams, I went and looked under my car. The front of the heat shield is on tightly and can't be bent/twisted at all. The rear part I think is also on tightly (can't move it) but can be bent a bit. I don't know how much is normal though, but the exhaust hangings are good.

Some pictures:

This is the noise that I hear: When applying a small amount of throttle and holding the revs at 1750-1800RPM for more than a half second, the engine tone often changes and becomes very 'angry', like there is a bad resonance and rattling at that RPM. If I get past that small RPM window the note returns to normal. The reason I thought the EGR ports were clogged was because inthe PDF from Tech-2-Tech they said the EGR activates when the car is warm and the RPM is above 1800rpm.

The shields may feel tight, but I've ofter found that a rubber mallet (no, not mullet) is often handy for finding these things. It may sound rather "cave man" of me, but giving them a whack often makes things apparent.
It will be RPM sensitive and sound like an angry buzz or ringing noise.

Mine was the converter's upper shield. Just like your's mine were tight on the bottom as well.
