Default OBDII JDM H22 into 91 Accord wiring and sensor questions

I have a couple of questions about engine sensors and their relationship to the ecu. To make a long story short me and a friend of mine are putting an OBDII JDM H22 into his 91 accord EX. I have done plenty of b-series swaps but they require little to no pin swapping or wire running and things of that nature. This requires a bit of that. Here are my questions:

1. When you are looking at a sensor how can you tell which pin in the sensor does what ? Most I would assume have a power/ground/signal. But how can you know which is which ?

2. When wires come from the sensor to the ecu, which actually go to the ecu ? For instance in the case of this H22 the MAP sensor has 3 pins in it however the ecu diagrams for P13 that I have seen show a MAP at D17 and an MAP at D21. These pins on the ecu only support 1 wire so where do the other 2 that originally came from the MAP go ?

3. Are all OBDI dash harnesses coded with the same colors for their respective ecu pins ? For example if pin D5 connects to a blue wire in an EG hatch will that same pin connect to a blue wire in a CB7 accord.

Any information would be much appreciated.
