9006 is just low beam. 9006 never came with high and low beam, you must be thinking about H4/9004/9007 those bulbs come with high and low beam in the same bulb.
im in the south side and go to work up north in the city. also in kenosha WI about twice a week

 

JJJJAAAAAACCCCCKKKKKKK are the 9006's the low beams on an 88 bmw e30 w euro headlights? might take those off your hands homie!!!
