Default FS: 1996 Civic EX vtech $1000 OBO Orange County

I'm selling my 96' Civic EX sedan 1.6 vtech. I've had it for two years and it has a salvage title on it but it was given within 14k miles and is at 167,663 right now and ran fine for me. Unfortunately last week the shock blew and I hit a pothole and the body seemed to rip at the seams. Honestly, it looks fixable but I just don't care enough and bought a new car.

I would think it'd be best to just use as parts but if you welded the body back together, the car would run fine...just needs a new shock. As you can see, it's just sitting on a jack right now because I removed the shock, so it'd most likely have to be towed away as well. Also has a half a tank of gas...

If you have any questions about it, let me know.

$1000 obo
167,663 miles

Actually, I didn't hit the pothole very fast. I was probably only going 40mph or so but yeah, they were doing construction on the side of the ride so the pothole was of a decent size...and like I said, my shock was completely blown when I removed it.

The reason it's like that is because the body was already welded together after an accident at 14k miles. It never effected it before...the blown shock just pushed it to its limit.

I agree, I should part it out, but I just want to get rid of it.

Best offer anyone?

Really, no one is interested? It's just a little bodywork. Ran fine before that.
