Default vtec wiring question 92ls w/ a b17 swap

i checked the pin outs for both obd1 ls and obd1 b17 gsr.

the extra ones that the gsr has are:

a4: vtec spool solenoid valve
a20: purge control solenoid valve
d3: knock sensor
d6: vtec pressure switch

i know i wire 3 of them. a4, a20, and d3, what do i do with d6? and which wire do i have to ground?

i have a 92 gsr shell so can i just find the wires that run from the ecu to the pass. side where the harness connects to the engine harness right? LMK, im going to wire the vtec myself when i put the swap in and want to hit vtec when i swap. lol!. thanks guys! any help would be great!

Just pick up a vtec subharness from Rywire, that's what I did. It comes with 4 wires, 3 are plugged into the ECU, the 4th one is not. It was $75, it's worth it just for that fact that you don't have to mickey mouse any wireing, the harness comes with all the plugs. Check it out on my build thread, it's towards the last few pages I believe.

75 dollars is a total rippoff for a 4 wire harness. Its not hard to make a quality harness, it might take 5 or 10 minutes longer than it would be to just run a wire but thats a lot better than forking out half a days pay.

You're right, it should be about $74....$75 is a total rip off.

But if you have the know how and all the plugs, making your own is totally an option.
