Default f23/h22 help

ive searched but cant find the info i need ive read all the g builds, i know the f23 bore is 86 if i bore it to 87 can i use forged h22 pistons, if can i use the f23 crank with h22 rods i konw with h23 rods the pistons go past the top of the cyl so im thinking with h22 pitons rods it should be almost the same stroke as an h22 the reason i want to use the the f23 block so i dont have to sleeve the h22 its going to be all motor so im not going to be making enough power to need to sleeve any accurate info is greatly appreciated thanks
