Default serpentine belt squeek

Hey guys, My belt on my stock a3 started squeeking today, And it wont stop, even after belt dressing. Im assuming its shot after 93k miles. Now, Where would be the place to buy one? honda dealer? and installation, would I just loosen one of the tensioners or what? thanks guys

Are you sure its the belt and not the pulley? At 23k my tensioner pully went bad even though the belt was in good condition.

edit: either way I'd replace the belt, but you might consider replacing the pulley too!

Try to go to a good local mechanic you know. Honda will charge you out da butt. I would buy parts local or online. Shop can get them for you unless your looking for something special. When you get your belts done ask them to check an see if you need a new pulley. They should be able to get that localy to an replace it when there doing your belts if you need it.

Thanks guys, For some reason it just stopped squeeking. I'll still be changing the belt, but I think it just may have gotten a little frozen which caused it after melting.
