First Official Media Image Of Mine's 370Z
Here's a look at the first official media image of Mine's 370Z. I love the way they design the cars - even with the decals their cars look simple and clean. Also not a big fan of the “catfish” look on this new Z, but this is a great shot of the car.

Mine's has a complete part list and new images out. Iono..the car's really starting to grow on me, and new track testing shows the new Z outclasses the S2k finally. Honda needs to hurry and step it up..

This car is so ugly, it makes you wonder what these so-called "professional designers" are on when they take to the drawing board?
It's nice to see they, at least, took some weight out of that porky thing...IMO still not light by any means, just lightER.

That first picture looks pretty cool. The new 370z has some things going on with it, but every part of the exterior cries for the same amount of attention, and it causes the whole thing to just be a jumble of over-finessed bells and whistles. Too busy IMO, and if in the next model they tone it back down and focus on one exterior focal point (ie: SOMEHOW manage to pull off those ghastly head/taillights), I think they can save the new 370z's look.
As for the power and performance out of the new Mine's version, that would be enough for me to spend money on this thing anyway, looks to be a beastly performance machine!

I cant wait to pick mine up. Ive loved this new Z since I saw it. $35k fully loaded. $40k and get 400hp. Stock .97 270ft skid pad. 5th gear tops at 155 b/c of governer, and you still have 6th gear to go. I love this.
I laughed for a solid 30 seconds. It's not that I hate the new Z's, it's just they're so differently similar. The basic shape is the same, however it seems like the 350's were modeled after the 300zx's, while the new ones more resemble the Datsun Z-cars. It's just such a drastic change for me, I can't really get used to it.
Blows my mind that people like the 350 and not the 370... They look identical with slightly different accents. Same body lines. Same fat bubbly looking turd. Good exhaust note though!
ugh yea, i've owned both, worked in garages working on them and seeing the frequency they both come in as well as worked in auto parts retail. So i've got a good idea of what breaks on what cars and how often since i've done the work and sold the parts to both shops and DIYers.
Neither one stands out ahead of the other....
Agreed. agreed agree agreeeeeeeed! These cars are not growing on me, they look like a ricer got ahold of a 350z and had fun with the body work. Too many edged, too much to look at. Not my thing.

They should've left the lights from the 350z, but now they produced the 3flugyZ.
OR just kept the headlights and left the previous gen tails official ugliest Z ever.
