when you change your cluster like that doesn't it change the class on your title to a box B, stating that true mileage of the car is unknown?

Where the transferor has submitted an explanation why this mileage is incorrect, an asterisk shall follow the mileage on the face of the title or document of ownership issued by the State Department of Revenue. The asterisk shall reference to a statement on the face and at the bottom of the title document which shall read as follows: "This is not the true and accurate mileage of this motor vehicle. Consult the documents on file with the State Department of Revenue for an explanation of the inaccuracy."

The cluster looks pretty sweet, but is it worth cutting the value of the car? Only reason why I mention it is that I bought a car, found out that the mileage had been changed and it basically long story short made my car worth like nothing.
