What are these? (Konigs?)

These are for sale locally in 16x7 and I'm trying to find out what they are. The owner said he thinks they're Konig's because of the center cap but I haven't been able to find them.

Looks like konigs to me. They are one piece wheels.

i was thinking of paintin my hatch black and throwin these on and slamming it to the ground...

i think it would look pretty good.
