Icon5 Quick Poll About a Trade

Okay, so heres the deal. I am NOT selling the car now, but in the near future,
I will probably be trading or selling my 1990 Mazda Miata MX-5.
The question is hypothetical, but would you honda guys consider a trade for it.
We're assuming the trade you offer is a b16 or other b series with decent mileage on motor.
We'll pretend its an older hatch EF, or older eg, or a crx, or older coupe 1997 and under.
Let's say under 200,000 miles. (for the motor) Let's also say its lowered and maybe an intake and muffler. But other than that, your trade is stock. Paint in decent condition, probably could use new paint. Any rims, steelies or just some fat 5's or something.
We'll also say it has no Power Steering or A/C and needs minor work here and there.
Now for the Miata. I'm going to post how it COULD be when I'm ready to sell it. Everything I would change would be appearance, other than the driver side window motor being replaced.

1990 Mazda Miata MX-5
Stock 1.6L dohc motor with ebay muffler.
around 148,000 miles
Lowered about 1.5-2 inches
Primed Black, done right. looks great if you take care of it, almost like a flat black
painted daisies, black left with the stock silver lip
tinted lights all the way around, side markers, tails, and parking lights. done right with professional paint for this purpose
some relatively cheap fog lights, wired into the parking lights.
HARD TOP! in great condition. no scratches dents or anything (primer black also)
The A/C does NOT work, but it will blow air only on 4
The heat DOES work, but again only on 4. 1,2, and 3 will not blow anything.
Aftermarket Alpine Stereo, Voodoo shift ****
Driver side door speaker is blown, easy fix
Headrest Speakers! Great when the top is down
Interior is in great condition, just a small crack on dash.
Power Windows, Power Steering, Manual Mirrors
The car needs to warm up for a couple minutes before driving during winter.
Car has had rountine maintainence.
Oil change every 2500 miles with Royal Purple only.
New Spark Plugs and Wires, NGK
New belts

Will include all original parts with trade

BTW THE "Yes, with cash on your side" option is cash on the miata side, not the honda

basically, you have to realize your car is basically the same year as an EF chassis. therefore, if by some chance you do get a trade, it probably wont be the body style you want. i personally would trade a stock Si for a stock miata(90-91 EF for your NA) but thats about it for straight trade.

I'm really not looking for anything amazing, I just want to find atleast a B that runs good. I really don't care what condition the body is in, as long as its a clean title, and as long as its not major damage. thats kind of what i was getting at. but thanks the the replies

I voted "possibly" because when it comes down to it, anything is possible.

It just depends on if you find the right person who wants a Miata.

I know a dummy who traded a MkIV VR6 in really good shape to a kid for a beat 1989 CR-X.

That's insane.
Yeah I've seen some trades on here I think for miatas and civics and what not, because a lot of people are looking for a drift car, or that perfect light body for that good ole ls1

Just looking for a few more responses.
I think I know what I'm doing with all this though.
It involves coming out with a running honda and a few hundred to play with

Well, this was hypothetical.
The miata isn't done yet.
I still have to finish priming it, and some other things need to be added.
But I'll probably post some pictures up in the miata thread soon.
Keep your eyes peeled!
