So found my car to have a high idle, look around and found the nipple with no hose on it. I believe it runs to the cruise control, but i can be wrong please some help me with this id. If it is to the cruise control, should i just plug it up since i dont have CC hookd up any ways?

 

here is a quick test plug it if the idle returns to normal it really doesn't matter what it was for

 

It does return to normal idle, i already plugged it up with an hose and screw.

mmmm emission or cruise control? If this plugs into the cruise control, where does the cruise control plug into because the cruise control cylinder shape black box thing has 2 nipples.
