Default Clutch problem help!!

I own a 1995 Acura Integra GS-R

So this morning about 10min ago I get in my car to go to work. I step in on the clutch and it only engaged like a couple inches. it went into gear so i proceeded to go to work. i drove for about 5 min and stopped at a light put my car in neutral after that it wouldnt go into gear (the clutch wont engage all the way).

I dont think its my clutch itself, im thinking it might be the clutch fluid or something. it feels like there is air or something in the pedal and when i push down on my clutch it gets stuck and i have to manually use my feet to pull it out. once again though the clutch doesnt engage all the way, only partially.

any ideas? where is the clutch fluid?

Did you check your clutch fluid? Your master cylinder might have gone.

i checked my clutch cylinder resovoir (the smaller resovoir next to the driver side firewall). it was low so i filled it up but my pedal still only has a couple inches of pressure? does it take a while for the fluid to go in?

figured it out! i just had to bleed the clutch for a few minutes and blaamo. i think i need to read up on the clutch adjustment screw though. now my clutch grabs a little to far out i want to grab sooner.

now my only concern is leaks in the lines. although there were no signs of leaks in the slave boot or master cylinder behind the clutch pedal. afterall the fluid was low to begin with...

looks like something does need to be replaced cause im losing fluid again! the weird thing is there is no remains of leaks on the slave cylinder shift boot nor is there any fluid coming from the firewall where the clutch master is....im guessing it might be the line that is leaking?

This is the appearance/cosmetic forum... where people post photos. Your thread is a tech problem-- without photos.

check the clutch master in the interior where it attaches to the clutch pedal. thats probably where it's leaking from

i tried posting in the correct forum but it gets an error. i checked behind the clutch pedal by the firewall there is literally 1 dried streak mark of some type of fluid. i dont think its leaking, but im going to replace the master cylinder, slave cylinder, and maybe even the line if i can tomorrow
