ok my dizzys leaking from the inside of the cap iv replaced all outside shaft seals is there an inside shaft seal behind the signition coil on the houseing?

 

you can replace the seal, ill ask my friend how he did it, but nobody caries the seal its special order, you have to take the whole internals of your distributor apart to get to the seal, then pry it out without breaking it so you can replace it, honda says you have to buy a whole new distributor

 

All of the above is dead on correct. To be a bit more exact, it would be a new distributor housing one would have to buy to get the new oil seal. Depending on the year, a new OEM housing may run only about $100 through OEM online parts dealers like www.bkhondaparts.com . The oil seal is shown below:
