I ordered a 5 lug conversion from a guy off of E-bay, and I think I got ripped off pretty bad.

I came home yesterday to see what had been delivered and what do I find in the boxes? The guy sent me the suspension off of a 5th gen Prelude. Sure it is 5 lugs, but not the ITR suspension like said it was.

Anyone know how much this is worth, of if I could use some of the parts from it on my VX hatch?

The guy sent me an E-mail yesterday. A couple of quotes from the E-mail:

"Weren't those a type r suspension that he sent you.
That's what he wrote down for me to sell."

"I am just
the seller and if they are a prelude suspension that
you have stated then I had know idea they were."

"You sure
those won't fit on your car, ain't all honda
suspension about the same."

He is telling me that his friend who sent the stuff will be in Florida for the next two weeks and he wont be able to get ahold of him until then.

I personaly think he is BSing me. I told him that I want the tracking numbers for the correct parts in two days or I want my money sent back. Once I get that, I can send him the lude suspension back and all will be just fine.

Why cant people be honest? Is it really that hard?

I am not getting mean with him or anything until I know he is trying to scam me. I will be just fine with everything if it all gets sorted out in a timely manner, and without me being out a lot of $$.

Yet another reason why I refuse to deal with people over paypal. Too much shady **** happens. Hope you get the problem resolved. Dude is BSing you. I wouldn't keep my hopes up. He's not gonna go thru all the trouble of screwing you just to refund you the money. He might try to steal a ITR unfortuneatly to get the parts.

 

I'm sorry about this, but his six negative feedbacks say everything:

That will make me remember to read feedback next time. I feel like a major tool for doing that.

 

Look into putting the H22 parts on your car. My cus has H22/Prelude front brakes on his 94 Civic DX coupe.
