Default ITR rebuild

looking to drop in a new motor on the r but idk if i should rebuild the c5 because it has a fried ring and burns oil or continue on my current build which was a fully built b16 head on a gsr block wat do u guys suggest?

fix the c5 and do it right....

sell the other motor to get a rebuild kit and some goodies to throw in the c5 block
