Default Found coolant in my oil..HELP!!

I have an h22 in my 95 accord. I found coolant in my oil. What problems can this cause? and how can i fix this problem? I think its a blown headgasket. Is there a diy on here on how to replace a headgasket? any advice would be great. thanks.

You may find a tutorial (and a manual) here http://www.hondahookup.com/manuals/
You look for the Prelude SI VTec version. That will cover the H22
