Default Radiator Fan Issues....please help

Hi. I have a 92 GSR. Pardon my ignorance, but 1st of all, is it supposed to have 2 radiator fans? If it is, one of them isn't coming on. I'm sitting here looking at wiring diagrams and it's like friggin' Greek to me. The car only starts overheating when stuck in gridlock with the AC on so I'm not super worried about it, but I would like to get it running correctly. Any help is much appreciated.

Yes there are two fans, but the smaller one on the right side (if you are looking at it from the front) should be your A/C fan. It should come on only when you turn the A/C on. You should check to see if your water pump is running correctly as well. The car shouldn't overheat if it is just idling with A/C on.

92 gsr id put my money on ur water pump. If you do start running hot in traffic, i know its a bitch but crank that heat on since your heater i basically onther radiator it will help cool the car down. also try a coolant flush a old car like that the sludge can build up and make it hard for coolant to run through that thermo.
