Upper Tie Bar
I wrecked my si, and bent my upper tie bar. The year is a 99. If I buy a new upper tie bar, take out the busted headlights, front clip, radiator, etc... till all i basically have is the tie bar, can this be unbolted and replaced or is it spot welded? Any help would be cool.
