Default Upper Tie Bar

I wrecked my si, and bent my upper tie bar. The year is a 99. If I buy a new upper tie bar, take out the busted headlights, front clip, radiator, etc... till all i basically have is the tie bar, can this be unbolted and replaced or is it spot welded? Any help would be cool.

It's bolted by the shock tower. I am assuming you mean the upper strut bar, not the upper tie bar... There is a lower tie bar.

No actually Tie bar....... the steel part that runs the length of the front of the car...

The bar that the headlight SHOULD be connected to.
