aircon problem on my hatch

can someone pls help me.. any idea about y problem.. my no. 1 and 2 aircon blower doesnt blow any air.. but my no. 3 and 4 works.. what seems to be the problem?

there is a resitor bank that's used to vary the speed, chances are two secions are open circuit. I'ts under the dash, connected to the fan motor, has several wires connected to it.
