OEM sol lights suck - retrofit?
So, I'm really tired of not being able to see **** at night.
First off my car is probably to low, and second my OEM head lights just blow.
I was looking up simple P&P kits - but I want quality.
What all is needed for a proper retrofit?
Or where could I pick-up a retrofit kit if such a thing exists?

What retrofit are you talking about? A HID kit or a HID projector kit? HID kit is easy to come by but has a lot of glare for oncoming traffic and to those in front of you, it has hot spots, light spread out everywhere, illegal, but it lights up everything in front of you. You just simply plug everything together.
As for a HID projectors, it does not have hotspots, glares, and isn't illegal. But you have to buy projectors, shrouds, bulbs, ballast/ignitors. You have to install these yourself. Bake apart your headlights, cut your headlight reflector bowls, mount the shroud and projectors, seal everything up. Quite a lot of work. Good luck.
