Default Weird seatbelt question.

Have a 97 dx hatch, the pin on the gas lid went bad, so we took it to a shop to have it fixed.

Guy had to unbolt some stuff to the seatbelt and whatnot, so I get it back and i put the seatbelt on and it feels fuuny.

It almost like it twisted. Its really hard to explain, like the seatbelt on my lap is flipped over.

[i'm gonna take pics of it tommarow and post]

But anyways, I undid the whole seatbelt thing and there is like no way to fix it.
Its got to be the most weird thing I have ever seen.

Unbolt it from the car. Flip it around. There is no way it can't be flipped back over correctly.

I did, it was odd because in both ways it wouldnt go back in right and it was still all tangled, i cant figure it out for the life of me.
