would like to find out what kind of oil most R owner use?

Currently using Mobil 1, but I may switch to Redline...

Whatever the dealership happens to be using at the time. Usually Quaker State, Valvoline or Mobil (non-synthetic).

Castrol of course, like all other non stunnaz.

Yes, we have...and the Mobil 1 is the most popular brand with itr owners...5W30, although I run 10W30.

i notice i don't vtec till aleast 6ooo rpm when i swich to mobil 1 syn

I didn't notice any differences...

And the tach is notorious for being wrong...hell Chris's car hits the rev limiter around 9100rpm...and he has a stock tach

Im useing Motul V300 5W30

only difference for me was during vtec crossover, it got a tad louder till redline (10w30)...other than that, nada.

Really? Castrol GTX? I've seen some nasty gunk left behind by that stuff in several 4-stroke motorcycle motors...
