when I got my car the RPM gauge would jump around, but then one night when I was on the freeway doing about 110 MPH all of a sudden my Spedo, RPM, Gas, and tempeture stopped working. So now I am driving without knowing how fast Im going or if its overheating, it sucks.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

The year and model (grs vs. ls) would be helpfull. Mite be a bad ground

 

I have 188k on my 98 gsr and the speedo is dead. Im guessing its inside the cluster so i am just going to swap it with a itr one. Your problem deffently sounds like a grounding issue or swap in another working cluster to make sure it isnt the cluster itself.

 

its on my 94 integra RS with a b16 swap, I allready swicthed to another cluster and it still dosent work. What grounds should I check.

check your wires see if your getting power to your cluster like they say maybe one of your power or ground wires might of got loose as your was going that speed. but it had to be loose cuz i took my teg to 130 mph on the 15 and nothing happen but also check your fuse u might of blow the one for your cluster

 

lol why not that what u build it for and see what your car can do... well at least that me or else why build it if you not planning on pushing your car

 

You got to love the barstow to vegas strech....around 160MPH for me hehehe, I couldn't really tell it was teched out! in my hatch... To the OP check that film behind the cluster, and make sure nothing back there is burned, clean and wipe down, check for oxidation in the two main plugs that go to your cluster...If only your speedo isn't working then your VSS is bad that is your vehicle speed sensor. also fallow your harness all the way to where it meets the fuse box if possible, and check each wire with a DMM for resistance.
