Default Black A\C unit for EG!!!

Ok so I dont even know if this will work but I thought I would throw it out there to see if anybody has done this or know of it working. So We get this 1994-95 honda oddessy in the shop today and wouldnt really have paid no attention to it but my homeboy pointed out that the a\c head unit looked mirror to the eg one but it was BLACK and I dont have a\c anymore and have removed it and replaced with gauges but I think this would be great to try and look really clean for those trying to black out there interior while still maintaining that oem look. if anybody has pics let me know.

not sure if it would connect right up or fit physically without modding or retro fitting. Might be a pain. You should have pulled that lady's out and through it in your car for "trouble shooting purposes" lol.

uhh yeah. thats not even close if thats a picture of what youre talking about. you and you friend should get your eyes checked if you think thats a "mirror fit". not to be an ***. but thats just beyond off the wall. thats like saying im going to put the climate controls out of a 92-95 civic into my 96-00 model..........

hmmm, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/95-96...Q5fAccessories This should be the one he's talking about. I bet it's a plug n play in a 92-95 civic because honda was so cheap..

ha. that looks more like it. but like i said earlier i wasnt trying to be a dick. i see what youre saying now. but beware. honda does manufacture parts to be interchangable to a point. but that isnt always the case. and even if the plugs are the same that doesnt mean the wiring for the plugs are the same...ive ran into that a few times lol.......good luck guys.

the one that pkdog showed looks more like it but like I said, I dont even have a\c but just wanted to throw that out there to see if anybody has done it or not cause it looked like it would for a "snap judgement" as far as fitmint goes. no matter what with out having it in my hands and measuring the two or trying to fit it I will never know but just a thought.

There's two at the wreckers near me. I haven't bothered with them b/c they are such a pain to remove, and didn't think there was much interest anyway.
