If you want really cheap go to a muffler shop and tell them you want a cheap exhaust that's quite. Just a little FYI the honda replacment exhaust parts fromt the a-pipe back have a lifetime warranty once you replace them. The only exception is the cat.

Use the stock pipes, but use the OEM EX muffler.
Quiet yet flows better.
Have a muffler shop cobble the pieces together.

Cheap, quiet exhaust that's not OEM?
Good luck.

RS*R and WS2 exhausts are relatively quiet, but are by no means "cheap".

"I don't care about performance" and "I want the most quiet"

That means OEM, sorry dude. Cheaper as mentioned = raspier and more ricey. They don't go hand and hand.

WS2 is MUCH louder than stock, trust me I know if you want a quiet muffler and don't care about performance it's going to be OEM
