Icon2 Are 92-95 civic struts interchangable with 99-00?

I've heard that the springs are interchangable, but would 92-95 civic struts fit in a 99 4-door civic? also are the upper control arms interchangable as well?
thanks!

96-00 struts in the front don't have the spot to bolt up the brake line to the strut... if you're cool with that then it'll work...

the rear struts are wider where they bolt up to the rear lca you'll have to use washers if you want them to work... skunk2 uses wahers in thier strut kit for ek's... but they use thick washers...

and no you can't use the upper control arms...

hope that helps and hope it makes since
