Thinking it would be a good choice since it has iron sleeves (if I remember) and 2.0 litres of displacement.

its a good motor its a destroked h22a came in the jdm accord SIR-T

 

just think of it as a big b-series. the h22a and f20b parts are interchangeable.

 

i dont see how its anything like a "big B-series." its more like a smaller H-series...

 

get some customs pistons and rods made for it and you'll golden. Everything in the head is compatable with h22 parts except for teh valves.

 

take a look at the stroke smart guy. If you really wanted to see the potential of this motor you would take the same approach as you would as if you were building a b series motor. I plan on doing a write up on this motor after my b series is built and sold.
Beleive it or not the the f20b has major potential and it was also the test mule for it's predecessor the f20c.
